If you encounter an issue with your MySpec send us an email on support@ndtecapps.co.za with the following info:
  1. Your company name
  2. A screenshot of the screen you encountered the issue on
  3. The steps you took that resulted in the issue
  4. What the issue is
  5. What device you used (ie PC / iPhone / Android tablet etc.)

We will then use this info to simulate the issue and find a solution.
Once we have fixed the problem we will email you to let you know.
